Official Rules & Guidelines: Open worldwide to both women and men. Programs will be accessible through the NCFITNESS official app. Your programs are customized to your body and goals, and are not to be used by anyone else but yourself. This challenge is intended to improve endurance, fitness and health of each participant, while also encouraging a fun competition.
Best transformation will be judged by head coaches and determined based on each participants goals, dedication to the program, and final check in results. No cash value for prize package. No returns or exchanges for prize package.
